We experienced a case of Leigh's disease (subacute necrotizing encephalomyelopathy) in a 3-year old boy who was presented with hypertension and showed progressive respiratory arrest after giving chloral hydrate or ketamine. A clinical study was performed on 65 patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Seoul Paik hospital from September 1,1989 to August 31, 1990.
